In the tide of technological innovation, Boyee has always adhered to the development philosophy of innovation leadership and technology-oriented approach. Today, we are going to share an important achievement for which Boyee has obtained an invention patent: "A Grinding System and Method with Multiple Dispersion Speeds."
This innovative technology breaks the limitations of traditional grinding systems and brings revolutionary changes to the industrial grinding field.
The multi-speed dispersion grinding system primarily achieves the generation of multiple dispersion speeds during the grinding process through a unique dispersion wheel design.
Inside the grinding drum, there is a grinding chamber, and the grinding device is placed within the grinding chamber, connected to a driving device via a rotating shaft. This driving device empowers the dispersion wheel to rotate at high speeds.
On the dispersion wheel, we uniformly set the first radial acceleration holes along its circumference. Remarkably, between adjacent first radial acceleration holes, independent second radial acceleration holes and third radial acceleration holes are also incorporated.
These acceleration holes not only create different paths for the material and grinding media during movement but also increase their chances of contact.
What's even more ingenious is that each acceleration hole is connected to an external feeding device through a feeding hole. The unique design of these feeding holes results in different path lengths for each acceleration hole, thereby generating different dispersion speeds.
When the material and grinding media enter these acceleration holes, they are accelerated to different speeds, enhancing the interaction between them.
During the research and development process, Boyi's R&D team faced numerous challenges. They needed to address how to increase the dispersion speed of the material while maintaining grinding effectiveness. They also had to find a way to increase the impact force of the grinding media while ensuring grinding efficiency.
How to optimize the design of the feeding device to ensure thorough intermixture of the different-speed mixture.
Through numerous experiments and improvements, Boyi's R&D team has successfully developed a grinding system with multiple dispersion speeds. In practical applications, this system has demonstrated outstanding performance. It not only improves grinding efficiency but also enhances grinding effectiveness, bringing significant economic and social benefits to industrial production.
The acquisition of this invention patent is the result of Boyi's R&D team's commitment to innovation and their pursuit of technological excellence. It also symbolizes the continuous development and pursuit of excellence in China's manufacturing industry.
In the future, Boyee will continue to dedicate itself to technological innovation, serving society with more outstanding achievements, and driving the progress of China's manufacturing industry.
